THE WALK OF FAITH AND LOVE

Ezekiel 3:16-17 KJV
[16] And it came to pass at the end of seven days, that the word of the LORD came unto me, saying, [17] Son of man, I have made thee a watchman unto the house of Israel: therefore hear the word at my mouth, and give them warning from me.
Every man sent by God is always given a very distinctive message from The Lord. I learnt that many years ago and that has helped me stay focused on that which was shown and given to me.
I still remember an experience I had a long while ago when I was given a message to my own biological father and a few of my family members. As I obeyed, I experienced a certain manifestation of the workings of the Spirit. While delivering the individual messages to my family members the gift of the Word of knowledge was activated and was in operation.
I saw myself saying things to them and telling them somethings they were the only ones that knew those things. This was very startling and I was even amazed as this thoughts images and flashes were just coming to me. The most beautiful part of it all was everything was laced with the Love of God. There was comfort, there was joy and peace. As I watched tears flow freely from my Dad’s eye, I was moved so deeply seeing how God loved him so dearly that he could have words that revealed answers to his prayers I had no idea of.
While in the studio checking a new audio equipment we had acquired for a recent devotional programing production, the Word of the Lord came to me so strong. I managed to find time after the test runs to capture a snippet of that message. It was about forgiveness. At first I had to review my heart, to ensure I am in alignment and not just to run off and think it is for others.
My personal relationship with God is very important to me because when all is said and done, I will stand before Him to whom we all have to deal with and give account of all that we did with the body given to us. I had to come to terms with the fact that while in the studio addressing others looking at the sophisticated cameras with all the studio gadgets, bright lights and equipments, the Word of God is also for me.
I am Thankful for the privilege to first be a partaker of this Grace lavishly poured upon me that I would make known the genuine Love of God to everyone that God brings my way. Incase you come accross this, I just want you to know that no matter what you may be dealing with right now, whether they are favorable or otherwise, one thing I can assure you is: God is too faithful and forever dependable.
I am a child and a servant who has seen the faithfulness of God over and over and the thought of it alone makes tears flow freely from my eyes. I know what it is to be rejected, ignored, maligned and resented for no cause. In this midst of it all there has always been a calmness and peace that defies any explanation. This is my truth.
I knew what it means to be given one room apartment by a senior colleague many years ago as a young adult so I could lay my head. After cleaning the place and painting the place to taste and moving in with my properties, just to wake up one morning with a deafening bang on tge door. The wife of that my colleague storms into the room as I opened the door and started flinging my things out without prior notice. This eviction was not about failing to make payment, neither was it as a result of constituting nuisance. But it was one of those tests and the Lord helped me to walk away without any sense of bitterness. I knew better not to hold it against here, I had to pass that exam.
The Lord had instructed a neighbor directly opposite the room to bring me in and few of my properties had to be left outside for months before I was able to situate myself and relocate. In all of that, my peace was intact and I was grateful that I had a place I could lay my head unashamedly.
The Bible makes us understand that Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever. What he did for one he would do even a bigger and better one for another if only you can believe and trust in His love. I was given a message of love, it didn’t exonerate me from encountering resentment and betrayals, yet the greatest of all remained Christ in me the hope of Glory. Shalom.
