I found this to be one of the most wonderful and brilliant experiences of the Lord’s disciples as captured in the Bible for us.
John 20: 19-22
19 Then the same day at evening, being the first day of the week, when the doors were shut where the disciples were assembled for fear of the Jews, came Jesus and stood in the midst, and saith unto them, Peace be unto you.
20 And when he had so said, he shewed unto them his hands and his side. Then were the disciples glad, when they saw the Lord.
21 Then said Jesus to them again, Peace be unto you: as my Father hath sent me, even so send I you.
22 And when he had said this, he breathed on them, and saith unto them, Receive ye the Holy Ghost:
I will never forget that very early hours of the morning when I woke up from a terrifying nightmare still in shock even while I was awake and there condition shaking vigorously because of what has transpired when I heard the most assuring and calming WORDS of the LORD saying to me “I AM WITH YOU”. Every strand of hair that stood up as a result of my experience, every nerve that was already pulsating with the adrenaline, every pump and burst of my heart beat instantaneously became tranquilized.
As long as I live, it is still fresh in my mind as if it was just yesterday. These are things that one does not just seem to have the liberty of sharing every now and then, but as I felt it in my spirit today that there may be someone who perhaps is in that seemingly situation where it is as if the whole world is caving in on you. Where the adversaries are charging towards you with fury and malignity, divers kinds of unfortunate situations and defeat staring you straight into you face, I declare the Word of the Master to you today – PEACE BE UNTO YOU IN THE MIGHTY OF OF JESUS!
Receive that Word now and let the light of God’s Word shine forth in your heart as the bright morning star and turn that situation into dancing to the Glory of the Father. Glory Hallelujah!
